Terms governing access to the public Study Connect website and demonstration materials.
1. Website purpose
The website provides general information about the Study Connect school-management platform, implementation approach and demonstration process. It does not by itself create a school subscription or implementation agreement.
2. Demonstration content
Dashboard values, charts and records shown in previews are illustrative demonstration data. They do not represent live customer data, guaranteed outcomes or verified operational statistics.
3. Product availability
Features, integrations and AI-assisted tools depend on final configuration, technical feasibility, provider availability, permissions and the written agreement with the school.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, bypass or misuse the website or its forms.
- Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code or sensitive student records.
- Do not present demonstration interfaces as a live school deployment without authorisation.
5. Intellectual property
The Study Connect name, logo, interface designs, content and source materials are owned by or licensed to Study Connect Solutions Private Limited unless stated otherwise.
6. Third-party services
Messaging, payment, identity and productivity integrations may be governed by separate provider terms and charges.
7. Limitation
The website is provided for information and demonstration planning. Formal commitments, service levels, pricing, data-processing terms and implementation responsibilities should be documented in a signed agreement.
